The service is always good but the blizzards and food quality have really gone down the drain I think sonic is a much better pick down the street.

This place is a joke. The people are so rude. I asked for peanuts for my sundae and literally there was 3 peanuts on it and I asked them if that’s how much they give for the amount they charge which is .99. When I asked her if I can have a little morethe manager got an attitude with me. She replied “that is what you get” we go here often, but we will no longer be coming tothis Dairy Queen.

Went inside to order. Store is in need of some deep cleaning. Floor and windows are dirty. Cold burger and fries. Ice cream good. Friendly service.

Dairy Queen in Hartselle is breaking hearts today! They shut the inside dining down due to short staffing.

8:45 PM pulling into the drive thru line, the lights go out and I’m told by someone on the speaker that they are closed. I tried to tell them I was in the line when they turned the lights off. All I got was “WE ARE CLOSED” The website states theyare open until 9:30 PM on Saturdays. They seem to close between 8-9 PM daily. Please update the times on your website or makesure you stay open until the real closing time.
