We enjoyed a lovely lunch on the porch. The BLT was very good, the bacon crispy and thick. The French fries were seasoned really nicely and tasted delicious. The root beer was also good. Service is slow as they were understaffed, but kind and very hard working. Service: 4 Location: 5

Unfortunately the Service was horrible. They don’t know what genuine hospitality is at this place. I went to have lunch with my parents. It was a seat yourself restaurant so we look for an empty table. Every single empty tables was not cleaned nor wipped. The waitress wouldn’t show up, neither greet or stop by. I had to go and approach the staff but they were only replying I am busy, I can’t help you now. When finally my waitress Kendra N, she was rude, very unpolite, unprofessional. I gave her our order right away. Other guests arrived after we did, and they started to get their food before we did. It had passed 50 minutes by the time we finally got our food. On top of that she gave me the wrong side that I didn’t want, so I didn’t eat it. In the menu the burger said it was 1/2lb burger. But I got 1/8lb burger instead. I work in the industry , and I am really aware of the sizes of the patties. And now that a couple of days had gone by. I check my bank and realized I have been charged additional money for the tip. What a scam and a horrible place to be! Never recommend this place. Please don’t ever eat or spend your money at this location. Rooms: 1 Service: 1

Came in and found a seat. Took about 15 minutes for someone to bring menus, almost 20 more for them to take orders, and then 45 to get our food. Most of time we couldn't even find the hostess or waitresses. All for subpar sandwiches and cold fries. We were literally writing a note explaining we were leaving as they brought our food out and my only regret is that we didn't get out before that. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 5

Food is your average pub and grill food. Had the club sandwich and wife had the BLT. We were hungry and they fit the bill. Club is thick with meat but it's more a fat sandwich than a club because it only had two pieces of toast. Fries were decent as well. However our server Sienna was fantastic. Think she was the only one working and she was handling tables inside, outside, upstairs and downstairs but our drinks never went empty and she somehow found time to check on us from time to time. Service is why I gave 4 stars if food was a bit better I would have gave 5.
