The Table Kevin Fehling - Hamburg

HafenCity alone is a beautiful, nostalgic place for hamburgers. But for almost a year you can now eat extremely well in a three-star restaurant. Star chef Kevin Schlechting and his wife Anna provide an exclusive evening at the highest level. The concept of showing a single table is new in Germany. In New York, I had a similar experience, which was so thrilled to me that it was clear to me to visit The Table. And at the end of the evening I was absolutely convinced. Only the price is naturally pure, but it is absolutely justified for gourmets.

Last time I was with a 6 in the The Table of Kevin Missing. I have to say, Chapeau. Incredibly good concept. Even the fact that we were sitting on a huge, curved wooden table has impressed us all. Then the insight into the kitchen. Wonderful. You actually feel as an exclusive guest of star chef missing. My favourites of the current menu: Salmon from the Faröer Islands with passion fruit and lamb backs with orange hollandaise. The price for the menu (195 Euro) is enormous at first glance. But everyone who gives Mr. Missing a visit knows why this price is paid.

Eating here and spending an evening is a very special experience. The tranquility of this restaurant is unique. The good service that is always appropriate and not least the food that is doubtless and is always artistically designed with every composition with a true taste experience. We had an unforgettable, beautiful evening.

Wonderful culinary experience. The food was delicious and the presentation of the dishes was breathtaking. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits Hamburg!
