Chick-fil-a - Hagerstown

Very busy but still gives efficient service. Kids love the nuggets! Always an excellent choice when traveling. Wish they could reduce packaging waste, especially the plastics.

Online order , 2 milkshake for a 20 minutes waiting time after checking in ???? This is unacceptable, and when I finally got my order, they were already melted

I have ordered the regular Chik Fila sandwich three times in the past month. All 3 times the chicken was tough and barely edible. The ends around the chicken were overcooked. The sandwiches used to be excellent but not lately. I'm not sure if I willtry this place again.

Over the last two weeks, I ordered three salads. All should be a market salad, without blue cheese, extra fruit with NUGGETS. In the last 3 salads I had grilled chicken, sharp grilled chicken and grilled nuggets. The sticker and the order have clearly said normal nuggets. You should not have to check your order evwrytime for something wrong made. I understand that it is a busy place, but if you want customers to keep coming back, their orders get right.

Chic-fil-a is generally known for its fast friendly service (and naturally delicious chicken) but this place is the exception. I never had a problem with the food itself, but they are remarkably slow (especially when the restaurant is NOT busy), and very rarely friendly. In 2 of my last 4 visits did they let me wait over 15 minutes after ordering my food (small 1-2 orders), and I just heard? My pleasure? or even? Are you welcome? There is a young man (short, with slight haircut tight and wearing a reflector vest) who went out his way to be rude and let me wait when my order was ready behind the counter (he did not know that I had moved to wait where I could see that he sacked my order). Very disappointing as I never have problems with any other CF, or somewhere else for this matter.
