Bidrage med feedbackThis was a return to la Flamme and also this experience was meeting our expectations. The concept is very simple: you can order as many flammekuchen as you want in all different tastes. Twhile it is a simple dish, the variety makes a good meal and it works really well with kids of all ages: they can join the taste of the parents of order their own! Service was good, COVID-19 protocols worked as well and I am sure we will return in future. The only downside is that you need a lot of self control with all the delicious food in front of you not to eat too much!
It’s true that the flammkuchen is lighter than the pizza and it’s not a pizza. One of the reasons is the thin dough. In this case maybe to thin, and it gives you the feeling to be biting a cracker with stuff on top. That’s why it’s improvable. Anyway not bad and the all you can eat could be a good choice.
Among the few Americans who visit this town, our local hosts raved about it and we found it Schmeckt gut! After so much heavy German food lately, it was refreshing to eat something different, albeit rich, too! The Champigon was best, the Original with its salty bacon next, meats delight, third and Laks fourth..... The dough delicate and crisp, creme fraiche a welcome surprise and the toppings very fresh! I claim to hate French food so I'll say this is the best Ger-ench food I've had.
We have spent an evening with 9 friends here, and let us convince ourselves of the 'flame cake-all-you-can-eat': an excellent choice for groups, because there were in every round 4 different flaky cakes that could be put together in your own taste. most of them would be reordered at any time - especially the sweet / flambed variants have made us despicable.we had very good weather and could therefore sit outside on the marketplace - a completely successful evening .unconditionally reserve if you arrive at the weekend in groups!
Our grandchildren are flamecake fans!So much more pleased we are that at "all you can eat" (adult 13.90 €) the children only have to pay 0.50 € per year of life. all you can eat is only when the complete table participates. so it is also possible that children can participate regularly. We were very satisfied. the enkel could thus also expand the taste repertoire somewhat. It is also worth mentioning that there are now several vegan variants.Only one restriction is the loudness by larger groups. However, it is possible to escape through the spatialities in the 1st og or the many tables out when the weather permits this.
