Perfect restaurant if you want to taste authentic Manupuri and Naga dishes... The ambience is perfect and the service is ingenious... the prices are pocket-friendly... try... its ingenious!!! Recently revisited Ethnik Restaurant @ethnik.ghy and had this Authentic Manipuri Chicken Thali and Manipuri Smoked Pork Thali for 220 € and 280 € . The taste was very unique, fresh and satisfying. Just to finish all the Thali because it was so delicious, I took more rice. Each item of this dish, from Eromba to Fish Chutney, cooked from vegetable soup to Chicken/Pork Curry in a unique manipuri style, is so delicious, healthy and balanced meal for all. The unique taste of Chicken/Pork Shingju with fermented fish is little overwhelming for my taste buds, but I cannot judge its taste in my first experience. I definitely go back to Ethnic to try more authentic NorthEastern and Pan Asian cuisine and also try again and again so ready to go meals. They also gave us kheer as a desert, made with sticky rice and milk, garnished with cardamom, and believe me, it was a perfect food gas to finish this massive super delicious Thali.... A perfect and healthy food... Try, you will love it...!!!

One of my favorite place in Guwahati where I had my first Naga and Manipuri. But unfortunately the place got shut and I couldn't have enough. Hope they reopen it soon somewhere in Guwahati.
