Mcdonald's - Gun Barrel City

They never give you fresh hot fries most of the time. That's what most people love about McDonald's is the fries and then they don't get the order right sometimes. But, generally they are fast. But, they need to pay more attention to the orders and getting them right. Also, fresh hot fries should be at the top of the list. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered Filet of fish meal. Ask for fresh fish pattie. It wasn't fresh n they put a half full box of medium fries in my bag and they were old. I gave the fries back n they immediately handed me fresh cooked fries which could have been given the first time. It's really sad that you can't get what you pay for without being shorten. This was in Gunbarrell main street location across from Lowes. I want be returning to anymore McDonald's for lunch or dinner.

They were actually going through some inspections while I was there and I remember a comment I said to my wife was, if you take the fact that it 's McDonald 's out of your mind, this is actually a really nice place Kid-friendliness: There 's a pretty clean play area with a jungle gym that 's really cool. My 3 year old loves it. It 's cold in there according to my wife lol. But I enjoy it. Service: Dine in

I made a mobile order for curbside pickup. Punched in my number a few minutes later the lady shows up with the bag and leaves. I proceed to look in the bag only to find out it's the wrong order. I Go through the drive-thru and have to wait through six cars. When I got up there. They had my order waiting in a bag and by this time my order was cold. How do you carry out a wrong order that's from mobile? Food: 4
