Horrible experience with their online ordering and their rude response. I went through an entire order and paid online. Called the place to add something to my order, after much struggle and back and forth to communicate with this lady who spoke almost no English, she said in short they have no order. She offered no explanation, guidance or offer to help, she was unable to cause she hardly spoke the language. Frustrated I hung up and decided to follow up with my credit card company to reverse the charges. Few hours later, without my permission, they called me quite rudely to argue with me, telling me off and saying they don’t take any responsibilities if I was charged for this order. They …called me without me asking them to do so. Basically they called to harass me using my information without my permission. I asked them to remove my information from their system. Not sure if they will delete my info from their system or not which is scary in itself as they are clearly aggressive. Many great sushi places around here, why should one deal with a bunch of crazies. Never going there again.

We really enjoyed our dining experience The food and service is quite good. The food is fresh and carefully prepared. There was a fair amount of carry out on the holiday and the staff were very attentive to the packaging etc. To be clear the restaurant is very clean, but atmosphere is somewhat lacking.

I’ve tryed sushi from different places and this place by far has the BEST sushi ive ever had. First time in and not the last. Super clean and friendly.

Authentically Japanese, excellent variety for the typical American special rolls. The standard rolls all will remind you of the Hokaido flavor.
