Le Grill - Gstaad

I have visited the restaurant for several years and always had the best impression of food and service. To my surprise, my last visit was very disappointing. In addition to the stylish furniture and well furnished tables, the food was appalling! Not to mention the communicated service. When I left my food untouched after a few bites, nobody bothered to ask for the reason. I had to order another dish to make sure it was my taste and not the quality of food. The second court was just as bad. The staff, everything they were interested, was to delete the table and bring the dessert menu. Too many people visit the place, so I think they no longer care about offering quality.

We came here for after dinner drink, beautiful room, good wine lists and cognac lists. Cozy night, nice music

One of the best hotels in the world. Service is outstanding, the staff is extremely friendly and will accomodate any needs with a smile, the landscape is amazing, the SPA is beautiful.

What a treat, a nice lunch on the sunny terrace, TOP. The food was very good and the waiters looked very good after me.

We were lucky to eat here often during our week at the palace, and every meal was delicious. The service (as in the entire hotel) is wonderfully professional, warm and welcoming. Very recommended.
