Subway - Griffin

To begin, my daughter and I walked in and weren’t even acknowledged for about 10 minutes! There were 3 girls working and only 1 customer ahead of us. The unkempt slob making our sandwiches had no personality and moved like a sloth! My daughter asked her for a 6 inch sandwich and she made her 2. Every time I have ever been in any Subway I have always been able to watch them making the subs but here the lid was propped open and you couldn’t see anything! The girl who was putting the toppings on the sandwich didn’t even ask what we would like she just rudely gestured as if we should understand what she wanted! When we got home my son opened his sandwich and found a hair in it! Never again will I spend money in this establishment!!

I normally have a good experience when i go to this subway, today i did a carrot mobile order. unfortunately i didn’t know marinara sauce came on the pizza sub automatically. so i didn’t clarify to have it taken off. when i got back home with my food i realized i made a mistake and went back to get it fixed. the man who remade it was very rude and made it seem like it was so inconvenient that i made the mistake i did, i could understand if they were busy but i was the only person in the sandwich line at the time i made the request for another sandwich. and when i thanked him and said i was sorry for the trouble he said nothing back and walked away. if you do not know how to treat people with respect you dont need to work in customer service.

Just left the house to rush to get to Subway because I was famished only to be disappointed when I arrived to the location and they stated that they close at 9 PM and the doors were locked. 15 minutes early!! I get maybe 10 minutes early but 15 minutes!! Disappointed that I had to go to KFC.

I love those location everyone is always friendly and they always get my order just right. I am pretty picky! I will continue to go there for my subs.
