Bidrage med feedbackWe waited for almost an hour. The restaurant was not full, in fact there were many empty tables in my opinion that they were short employees. As a former manager, I would say that this place could use a better management. If I was short, I would do everything I could to give my guests the best experience they might have and not throw the burden on the overwhelmed staff. My work comes to my customers, but I didn't see a management member helping to make my experience here better. There were only about 7 onion rings in a sequence of onion rings, which was disappointing for the price. The meal was slow, but it was good when it arrived. The restaurant was clean and so was his parking lot. That was not a terrible visit, but had plenty of space to improve. I am not at the point where I would not recommend this place, but not the feeling that I can recommend it with the way it is currently running... it would have been better to see a manager who is trying to make things better...
What happened to this place? It used to be great and it went downhill to the point that we did not return to the Gresham site soon. The 3 hours are not waiting. Food was moderate and our poor waitress was blackened and various fires were brought out at other tables. We had to wait over 30 minutes to get a table when the place was half empty. Waited 20 to 30 minutes before someone came to our table to even take drinking orders. It took a very long time to get our drinks and food. I had to chase someone to drink refills. It seems hard to be under personnel. Hats of our waitress when she tried her best.
For ten years. Use to be good, then about 5 years ago things changed. The manager wouldn't give us our free birthday burgers that they promise. It was so bad that every time we left, they would give another reason why we had no free burgers. Some times they would argue with you and say that you have to pay for the most expensive, or give another excuse. This last year they are not trying to cheat us, but the burgers are TERRIBLE. I promise you they're the worse Burger experience from all you had. We never go there if we don't get a Freiburger. I know the burgers are bad, but we have it so far. Instead of cheating, wait up to an hour for your order. And forget everything you can eat French Fry, you will get a few, then you will probably never see again when you ask again and wait a LONG time. The other Red Robbins are not as bad as the Gresham site. I'll never come back here again, even if I'm going to go a lot further, but get better service and food. Never. I almost forgot the long waiting period, they're always among servants. They are among servants because the management has made this decision. They were always among servants to do nothing with the pandemic at all. The Big Wigs have made this decision and hope we will be sympathizing with them. You just want to save money at our expense. Never.
Great service. Had a cosmo for the first time, it was yummy. Good raspberry cream soda too.
I go here almost weekly. Most of the time they get my order correct, but on the times they don't it's miserable. Today they got it wrong, but they replaced it quickly so I'll give them a good job on that. However, when I got home and put the fries on a pan to refresh them they are really bad. Half are light brown and crispy (like they should be), the other half are dark brown, hard, and completely inedible. I don't mind if my fries sit for a under the warmer for a bit while they're preparing my order, what I do mind is when you cook my fries in oil that is so old and burnt that I can't even eat them. Please please please change your days and days old oil!!! I can practically smell the carcinogens! Hopefully next time will be better. -Really disappointed fry lover
