Sahara has been around for at least 25 years when I first moved to Colorado and it still remains one of my favorite restaurants! I have not found another restaurant that prepares a better humus or fattosh! My favorite dish is the lamb shank and I have NEVER been disappointed with its preparation.

Great place for a nice meal. Service is attentive, food is excellent.

Consistently good food and friendly service in this long-standing DTC restaurant. Don’t be put off by the strip mall location; the interior is welcoming in its ethnic decor and one of the few places quiet enough for conversation.
