Mcdonald's - Greenwood

Someone took a bite out of my sandwich! I’ve gotten all the way home and opened the wrapper and saw that my sandwich was missing a chunk out of it and a perfect bite at that. I don’t know if they gave me a returned sandwich or what, but I tried calling before going up there because it’s safer this way, but no one is answering! I’m going up there to show what I’m talking about but I’m upset because now I feel the rest of my order may have been in another customer’s possession and touched or picked over by them and I’ve consumed some of the other food in the order before opening the sandwich that has a bite missing! Please stay away from this McDonald’s! Take a few extra minutes go to the others in this area.

Ordered chocolate milk took my money and went to kitchen but didn't get it after 5 minutes had to ask someone else to get it poot customer service

What can I say it's McDonald's. Service is always poor and the food it horrible but it's cheap and fast so we keep them in business lol

Poor wait times, customer service is incredibly lacking, food quality is not consistent.

Bread is ALWAYS hard on everything....old stale bread Always... fries are always cold if they're hot then they are hard as a rock with no salt. This place is just terrible. Nuggets will make you sick if you eat them..the employees don't give a darn about nothing the place is filthy where food is prep. but the lobby is tidy smh.... save ur money and RUUUUUNNNNN this is by far the nasty McDonald in the world and I do mean the world!
