Burger King - Greenwell Springs

This is literally the first 1 Star review I have done I usually don 't do them even when needed but Wtf Burger King. So this was my first time eating there I had my cousin pick my food up for me and I used the app to order a Whopper meal. They didn 't have burger meat, my cousin calls me and tells me that so I said can I just get something other than a burger like a chicken sandwich since I already paid. The worker says yes I can but I have to cancel my Mobile order first and then reorder at the drive through. How can I cancel an order that 's already paid for? They already took the money out my account. So my cousin sits in the drive through asking her like you can 't just give him the chicken sandwich he already paid and everything. She says 'No you 'll have to cancel the order reorder again . How tf am I gone cancel a mobile order when there isn 't an option too. So at this point I tell my cousin put the phone on speaker now im asking telling her I already paid can you just give me the chicken sandwich instead of the whopper but no she can 't. So I just told my cousin leave I 'm not about to spend more money on another $10+ order when she could 've just given me the chicken sandwich instead of whopper and it would 've all been settled honestly. Update- Now originally this was gonna be a 1 star review but I 've went back a 2nd time and order off the app and My food was fresh and hot this time. That 's the only reason I 'm giving a 3 star rating instead of 1.

Placed a mobile order, my food was made when I arrived. Spicy chicken sandwich , was hot and made to my specifications. On this trip they did not disappoint! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Impossible Whopper, Onion Rings, Chicken Nuggets

Your employees need training in working with the Public

Bad experience. Used the app and when I got there I was told they didn 't have my order and sent me away, said it was another BK. Stupid me drive all the way back home before I thought to check the app to verify the address. Ended up going back to the same BK and went inside to show them the order. Well, what do you know, it was sitting right there. They were kind enough to remake everything for me. It was $43 worth of food. When I got home things tasted off and made my son sick. I was also shorted a French fry and my drinks. I definitely did not have it my way .
