Customer service is okay depending on who is running the drive thru but if the 2 lady's that are normally there aren't, it's usually not great. The food is always a hit or miss but delivery from there absolutely sucks, you have to go get it yourself to even have a decent shot at your food being good or fresh. They have even cancelled my delivery before. I honestly prefer the one in Travelers Rest but this one is closer to my house. Young man at the window was very polite and nice. I came through drive they and spent 34.00 for 3 meals and I was very unpleased with what I received when I got home. For starters I ordered a big hot ham and cheese only to get a little dinky ham and cheese . All fries with all 3 meals were cold and the lettuce looked old and wet on the bacon burger meals .
