El Greco Cafe - Greenfield

We recently stopped in here for a quick takeout lunch. I was absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism by the owner. He was making my gyro without gloves (in the middle of a pandemic nonetheless). I told him I was not comfortable eating it as he wasn’t wearing gloves and he literally threw the sandwich across the kitchen area into the trash. He started stomping into the back to make another when I said “no thanks I’ll pass” and he responded with “even better” and muttered some swear words under his breathe. I was here with my elderly Mother who couldn’t believe they way we were treated. I would never recommend this place. All food prep should be done with gloves and the owner was so rude and disrespectful.

We stopped by out of pure chance and I could not be more pleased! The food was absolutely delicious, the interior decor was so cute, and the service was great! The woman was so nice and put so much work into our food. I got a Greek salad and pizza and it was amazing and was ready quickly! Also, the prices were extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Just the best. First restaurant we've been dipping in indoors since March. The staff and the owners also surpassed themselves. Best restaurant in Western Mass. We drive an hour to dinner every week. Food, drinks and service are unmatched.

Consistently wonderful. Local hero’s with local foods and drinks whenever possible. The servers are always awesome, intelligent and knowledgeable. Jim and his family are awesome and makes an effort to remember all the locals that come to gorge on amazingly delicious dish. Drinks in photos are chai ice tea and lemonaid (needed a touch more sugar).
