Hungry Jack's - Greater Shepparton

I have visited this restaurant many times in the past, and today was the best experience yet. The chips were hot and crispy, and the burgers were very good. The staff working the 3pm shift did a great job.

The cleanliness of the dining area could use some improvement, but we received our order and prices have gone up.

This restaurant is the only one in town. There is always a long wait, but some of the staff are very friendly. The food is what you would expect from this chain, not the best location but it satisfies a craving when there are limited options available.

Absolutely hopeless, forgot to give me my change, then doubled my order obviously I wasn 't not going to pay for it. The staff member that served us was away with the fairy 's!!! The cleanliness of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired tables always grubby. Management need to lift their game and train the staff.

Firstly they could not complete my order, would you believe no icecream. How can this happen? Secondly we searched for a clean table to eat in, found one. Food scraps on nearly every table, bags every where. Chips on the floor in service area, spilled drinks on floor. Generally a pig sty. They cannot say we were overly busy, was the same last month. Never again
