Hartz Chicken Buffet - Great Wood

Worst experience! We pulled into the drive thru, and no one came on the speaker, so I pulled up to the window. The young man who came to take our order rolled his eyes as he was coming to the window. After I placed my order, he slammed the window and walked off. When he finally came back, he said they had one chicken breast. At that point, I said no thanks and drove off. Terrible experience.

Worse experience with the food and customer service. No smiles and had attitudes when asked for items that needed to be refilled. Not the experience I needed during my lunch break.

When I walked in the workers greeted me, the cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive. The freshness of the food was the best from a Hartz I've had in a while. Was decorated for Christmas which I Loved!!. Was my first time there, but won't be my last.

Food was good. The establishment was nice and clean. Buffet was plentiful and they kept it topped off with food.

This is one of the worse Hartz I have eaten at the food was hot, but my tenders were grossly overcooked the roll was hard and after paying in the drive thru, I waited at the back door for 15 mins for some food that was highly distasteful…
