Domino's Pizza - Grayslake

2 orders of cheesy bread sticks were burnt black on the bottom and the chicken wings were undercooked. Horrible!

I stopped using you guys before because you forgot the dipping cup sauces. You guys go around passing out coupons because your slow at work. I use the coupon and you forgot the dipping cup sauces again. If you can’t get the order right just quit working there because you’re bringing the place down

This is the pizza that was delivered to me on 08Aug22 at around 6:30 pm. I called and they offered me a free pizza. I order it today and the said that I had to pay for delivery. Then employee Leo hangs up on me and tells me that I can’t speak to his manager for ten minutes. Absolutely poor customer service. I don’t even trust to order from this place again. Who knows what they would do to my order. CDPH needs to assess this location. If I was a manager I would be embarrassed to have employees like this working for me. If was the owner I would most definitely look into this. Today is 13Aug22 and they still haven’t reach out out. Leo said to me that a manager was going to call me. Still hasn’t an im without pizza. Don’t buy from this store. We are just a number. A year later still the same smh!

Eating this pizza is like wrapping yourself in a warm blanket in the winter time and drinking a hot chocolate. Love it everytime!

Great service, friendly staff, good taste for the price, always good to come, order and they have the food right away
