Tim Horton's - Gravenhurst

This Tim Hortons is unbelievably slow! The staff are extremely rude when they eventually ask to take our order. I had to wait for 20 minutes before I could place my order.

The service at this restaurant is consistently poor. It is incredibly slow, as I had to wait in the drive-thru for 25 minutes with only 6 cars in front of me. They definitely need to consider hiring more capable staff.

The meal was fast and efficient, with the friendly staff serving fresh food. The idea of offering breakfast all day was a great touch.

Slow down. The first time I thought it was a fuke. but then back and back again and it takes 20 minutes to get a coffee. I really believe that the owners no longer hire employees so they can make millions of dollars there... one year and not $980,000 a year. This is not the fastest because they are far among the employees. Greed is good and alive in Muskoka.

After waiting for way too long for a missed order, witnessing other unhappy customers, I politely asked about my order while listening to staff arguing loudly about who was doing what and who didn’t tell who something was sold out ... only to leave with...the cashier complaining loudly that the customers today are terrible... hmmm imagine a customer expecting hot tea and actually getting what they paid for.. hey I get it I’ve worked there it’s not easy poorly managed location... tonight anyway
