Mcdonald's - Granite City

Rude staff, wrong order, cold food! I used the mobile app and ordered, waited for 20 minutes for my food... it never came. I went in, my order sat on the counter and said that they were too busy to bring it to me, there were 2 double cheeseburgers missing, and a 10 piece of nuggets, had also no sauce with my other nuggets. I reached my hand in my pocket with the frits that were completely cold. Then I told them that most of my order was missing, and the girl was extremely hospitable and said again how busy they were. Get me new fries that were cold and stale again. I don't even know how busy they were. I have the rest of my order, came home and had ordered the Mcribs without onions and extra sauce...Have onions and very small sauce. And to hide it from no one, but whoever saw all on the drive thru wore a mask.

Staff were nice, but it's McDonalds, can't expect the food to be the biggest. I'm not doing so much today with McDonalds, but the holiday **** rocked.
