Good Starbucks, always fast and keeps up with large crowds.

I have to start by saying that I don't usually write negative reviews on Google Maps, so here it goes. Overall, this Starbucks location is hit-or-miss, not the worst I've been to but far from the best. One major downfall is that, like all other Starbucks locations, they are overpriced for the quality of drinks and service they provide. Because of this, I try to avoid not only this Starbucks, but all Starbucks locations in general, as I don't feel their prices are justified. My disappointment with this particular Starbucks was further exemplified during a visit at the end of 2020, weeks after in-person dining had ceased. I ordered a coffee and a banana nut bread, based on its appearance in the display case, from the first barista. After paying and waiting for my order, the second barista handed me my coffee but had no knowledge of the banana nut bread. When the first barista confirmed they were out of banana nut bread (despite it being displayed), I asked for a refund. However, I was told that the only refund option was a gift card, meaning I would have to return to this location to use it, despite my reluctance to do so. I believe that if customers are paying the high prices that Starbucks charges, the baristas should be aware of what items are available and there should be alternative refund options other than just gift cards.

The staff at this restaurant in the big valley is top-notch. You won't find a better team anywhere else.
