Bidrage med feedbackWent there for my birthday lunch. Ordered the most expensive thing on the menu. Got seafood poisoning and threw up the rest of my day. Not what I expected for ordering the most expensive menu item. Called the manager the next morning to hear him say, oh, there 's nothing we can do but turn it into our insurance. Go to the doctor if you 'd like and we will pay for that. My thought, well, if I was gonna have to go to the doc after eating at your restaurant ON MY BIRTHDAY I wouldn 't have gone there in the first place! Duh! So, because of dishonest people, my boyfriend spent over $30 just on my meal (for lunch, I might add again) and he couldn 't even get a gift certificate or a coupon of any kind for this horrible experience that we both endured. It 's not like we asked for money back! Guess Red Lobster is doing so well, they don 't need to actually get customers that have been going to their restaurant for over 20 years to come back. Oh yeah, it was my birthday! No thanks Red Lobster for ruining my day and further more, not making it right! I used to think of your restaurant for special occasions. I 'm changing my thinking.
The hand-breaded calamari and biscuits were tastier than in other locations I have been to before. The limited-time golden crispy shrimp was disappointing. It was too salty and sweet without any distinct flavor. The restaurant was lack of staff; therefore, we had to wait for a long time to get seated and the food. However, the staff members were friendly.
Joe Leech made our visit very enjoyable. Merry Christmas.
Have never been to red lobster before, this was the first time me and my family went and it was great. I do not remember the servers name but he was great. He was always making sure me and my family are. Definitely recommend and will be back.
