Parking is easy and convenient. The service was fast, and the staff were very friendly. I appreciate that flying from GFK is more affordable than from Color. I haven't had any issues with this airport in the past 20 years.

The parking situation is excellent, with no long waits for departures or luggage arrivals. However, the experience with the airline was disappointing. After a 5-hour delay caused by snow and high winds, my flight was canceled just one hour before it was supposed to take off. For 12 hours, families with small children were stuck at the airport from 8 AM to 1 PM, unable to make any progress. Allegiant Air could have done a much better job predicting the delays with access to all the necessary technology and weather information. Thankfully, someone in Canada made the right call and sent a bus to pick us up around 1 PM. I hope everyone has a good time in Phoenix once they finally arrive.

The staff was genuinely friendly, which was wonderful. They might be the only ones working here, but they exceeded my expectations.
