Kfc - Grafton

They liked the burger, but the fries were too salty and not enjoyable. Could you please not oversalt the fries in the future?

I'm not even sure if the popcorn chicken I ordered was cooked because it seemed very dry and separated from the sauce. It took 27 minutes for my order to arrive, and when it did, it was only the chicken and gravy. I was expecting better from this local KFC. The portion size was disappointing for the price, and I was not satisfied with my experience. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I typically don't frequent fast food establishments, but a recent visit to KFC in Grafton left me questioning what I had just experienced. I arrived around 7pm and ordered a zinger burger combo. However, when I went to pay at the window, I was informed that they had run out of salad for my burger and could only offer a "SO" salad as an alternative. When I asked what "SO" salad was, the employee simply replied, "I dunno." It was frustrating that they couldn't tell me what I was about to eat, especially in this day and age of heightened allergy awareness. Despite this, I decided to try the "SO" salad, which turned out to be a bland, dry mixture. Additionally, it seems that every time I visit this particular KFC, they always seem to be out of something - whether it be chips, bread rolls, or salad. It's time for the management to step up and properly train their employees instead of leaving inexperienced staff to handle everything. Perhaps they should also consider cleaning the restaurant more than twice a year.

This kfc was not busy when I dined on the week night around 1900, but the comb meal I ordered took about 15 to 20 minutes to arrive. the young male server apologised. the eating was good, and the restaurant main area was clean, although it was slow to collect former detritus other mules had not placed in the müll container. as always the lighting was good.

What can you say its kfc about what you would expect the wait was fairly long due to them cooking it for you on the spot not really fast food anymore
