Sad experience of a night male receptor. no minimal manage, behave and respect for the customer. I reached the place around 1am and asked for the reception to look for a room. he said there was a room, but not ready to show me the room before booking. the room is not ac, so I asked if the fan works correctly in the room or not. since the reception was not ready to show the room before booking, I wanted to know what I paid for. but the receptor began with rude behaviors and he said that I should be stupid to ask if space is built without fan. I asked him to check a room with an even higher price if he is available for whom he said I can sleep under the reception desk! I couldn't believe it was a bad dream or real! after him the free room is a regular room. according to it, a regular room means that the room should not have ac and hot water. after a long trip I was not ready to book the regular room (after its description). I asked him if there are hotels near where I can stay. he had no courtesy to even call the nearby hotels. he said, "Go and look for them on the road. to the happiness my handy had a battery and I could find a good hotel near this disgusting place. it looks as if something evil has entered into gotte's land. I wonder how come people from kerala claim that they get the highest alphabetization in our country. I have travelled around the country and have seen a better behaviour of the workers in other countries. if this is the behavior they could show to a tourist, then God knows only what is going on in his own country.

The restaurant is situated in the bustling and easily reachable area of Jos Junction, MG Road, Ernakulam. It is an older establishment but well-maintained. The food is delicious, although there is limited variety. There is parking space available and the restaurant is conveniently located near a metro station.

An old gem in Ernakulam, this place was once a bustling hotel in the area. While times have changed and preferences may have evolved, Udupi Anantha Bhavan still retains some of its original charm, albeit not as much as before. There have been complaints about the behavior of the staff, which may have been acceptable in the past when they were one of the top establishments in the area. Perhaps their inability to adapt to the changing times has led to some shortcomings. However, despite this, I found it to be a pleasant dining experience and one of the better restaurants I visited in Ernakulam.

I had a pleasant experience at this restaurant because it is conveniently located near MG Street and has a large parking area. However, I found the masala dosa to be on the smaller side compared to other restaurants. The taste was good and the place was very clean, but I think the ambiance could be improved by being more tidy.

Value for money. Neat and clean rooms. Don't expect much if you want low budget stay at prime location.
