Steak 'n Shake - GOODLAND

The staff was great, considering the snowstorm that was happening! Will definitely stop here every time I go to Colorado! Thank you

Usually good, but the bun was stale/hard and the hamburger was overcooked. Shake was good.

Second time I have been in a Steak 'n Shake. There was someone at the door to greet us and see if we were dining in or to go. We were traveling so we ate in the restaurant. Service was great, food arrived quickly. I would stop here again.

This location was super busy when we arrived but service was friendly and food was good. Staff were all working hard to get all of their customers taken care of.

Steak N Shake has ensured we will never dine in here again. We had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food joint. The entire concept of being seated and having someone take your order while still running as a fast food restaurant was a complete joke. We were seated at 11:30, drink order taken and delivered quickly. 20 mins later the table who was seated 5-10 mins after us had their food order taken by the young man who took our drink order. A little frustrated we told the young man we would like to place our food order as well. His response was hold up as he walked off to put the other table's food order in. He did come back and take our order and go put it in. We then proceeded to wait nearly an hour for our food to come. The table who ordered right before us received their order (which was incorrect), ate and left. In the 45 mins we sat waiting no food came out of the kitchen at all. And we do understand they seemed to be short staffed and it was lunchtime and gotten busier, so we were being patient. We lost our patience when finally some food came out of the kitchen and again went to a table that came in and ordered after us! We had to ask if our food was going to come out. The sweetest young woman (who seemed to be mainly going around trying to correct mistakes) came over and told us she would get it all straightened out. We did get our food shortly which was cold and the kids orders were wrong. We did get our meal comped by the sweet young woman, who wasn't even the manager, never once saw a sign of one of those! So thank you to that lovely young woman and Goodland Steak n Shake, we travel thru Goodland frequently and will be giving our business elsewhere!
