Made two of them in one bowl and ended up getting only a few bites out of one of them made in the bowl with the other salad however the salad made by itself filled the salad container to the brim. Severaltimes I have had bad customer service or product. Never giving them another chance.
I wouldn?t have even give this one star. Never been so disappointed in this subway. The 2 girls working were rude. I ordered a salad, but there were no salad bowls. So they stuffed my salad in a small box. The drink machines didn?t work for most of thedrinks. And then they start watching Netflix on the tv in the dining area. Out of the many times I?ve ate here. This one was theworst.
After finishing my shopping at Walmart, I wanted to grab a 6-inch sub. I waited for about a minute, but two employees didn't acknowledge me at all. Then I noticed one male employee whose pants were quite low, revealing much more than they should. I thought to myself, there’s no way I’m eating here. When young staff members can’t even dress properly, I really don’t want them handling my food! I’ll have to look for a different Subway, which is unfortunate because this location is much more convenient for me.
After receiving my meal, I left a tip for the woman who actually wanted to work. As I was leaving, I spotted one of the guys along with his friend heading towards the ordering area. The friend ordered a sandwich, and guess what? Mr. Lazy was the one who made it! A couple entered right after that, and Mr. Lazy 2.0 reluctantly got up from his chair. Neither of them washed their hands or greeted the couple; they just stood there looking as if they didn’t want to make their food either! Without a doubt, they have earned my award for "Laziest Employees of the Day"!
I visited the restaurant with my girlfriend, and I noticed that one of the staff members had both earbuds in and didn't acknowledge our presence. Fortunately, a courteous gentleman who worked alongside her prepared our food, but I was concerned to see that the girl put on gloves without washing her hands first, and her zipper was also undone. I'm sharing this feedback not to criticize, but to highlight that customers notice how staff behave. Good customer service is essential in the food industry.
