Hungry Jack's - Gold Coast

The ingredients are melted together, but the overall food quality is poor. There seems to be something amiss with the service and staff at this establishment.

This place was dirty, full of customers without seeing personal on the floor at all. it was packed and looked like 3 employees, cook two and order. not the workers blame that they were so busy. bosse have to stop. with the personal cheap to be, it doesn't save them money for long.

On Saturday evening, my family and I waited in line for service at the front counter of Hungry Jack's. Despite there being no other customers in line, the worker at the counter ignored us and did not serve us promptly. After waiting for a while, my young daughter asked when we would be served, but the worker continued to ignore us. Eventually, I had to speak up and request to be served. The worker seemed irritated by my request and reluctantly took our order. It was clear that this particular franchise of Hungry Jack's was more focused on making money than providing good customer service or properly training their staff. The only positive aspect of our experience was that the food was served hot, but I would not choose to dine at this location again.

Long queue upon entering but moved quickly. Fast service meant something wouldn't be right! Cheese wasn't melted on my veg burger as was on my partners whopper

Dirty, grotty restaurant, on a similar par with Macca's across the road. Staff were okay, tried their best.
