I went for lunch a few days ago and I was disgusted by the food, I ordered a huancaína potato and a lomo saltado, it was the worst huancaína potato I had ever eaten in my life, they brought it to me hot, steaming hot, some potatoes were missing cooking, without lettuce or olives, or egg, its texture and flavor was like chicken chili, the lomo saltado was very dry and did not have that characteristic flavor of the meat when the fire hits it, it seemed prepared in a home kitchen, the The attention of the waiters and pleasant place, but I cannot say the same about their cook, there was no variety of dishes, they only had lomo saltado, papa a la huancaína and ceviche.
