Colorado Restaurant Bar

This place was so disappointing, we ordered 2 appetizers, was “ok”, the bad part it’s when I order de milanesa de pollo, was so so spicy and plus two dry and cold tortillas with the dish, the worse part was when we received the New York steak we said I would like MEDIUM RARE, they first brought the meat fully cooked, dry and tough, we asked the waiter to please bring us the medium rare cut, what they brought us was what is in the photo, completely raw and chewy, it was the worst experience plus it’s very slow. The waiter was nice the problem it’s the kitchen, so bad everything, so bad experience.

The food was full of flavor. Definitely worth the price. Super fun drink menu and amazing service! I would highly recommend.

Incredible outdoor setting, attentive service, great cocktails, and great food.

I handle the outings for Roaring Fork Senior Living in Glenwood springs and brought our memory care residents out for lunch at the Hotel. From start to finish Evan made this one of the best lunch outings we’ve been on. Since everything went so well I decided to bring our assisted living residents out for lunch at the Hotel as well and unfortunately had a very different experience. Evan’s presence was well noticed due to the lack of service overall provided by our waitress. She brought the check over after not coming by the table since she dropped the food off and one of my residents said “do I even get an option for a desert” she still walked away and I had to return the checks multiple times to receive a correct receipt. This experience was like being at a completely different restaurant and I will only bring my residents to the Hotel when I know Evan is working. Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp that is accessible on the east side of the building.

My evening at the Hotel Colorado Restaurant and Bar on 7/28/24 at about 9:15pm, began with me looking for a bar menu, however they were all taken. I waited in line and asked the bartender for a drink menu. She told me to grab one from the tables, then took someone else’s drink order. I had to wait in line again just to explain to the bartender that there weren’t any available drink menus just so she would give me a drink menu. The Brussel sprouts were overcooked and the fried mushrooms came out with lettuce and marinara!? Don’t go here. You will be immensely disappointed, just as I was.
