A beautiful hotel in a beautiful backdrop. The views are breathtaking and the staff are very friendly and helpful with plenty of parking and a few electric chargers. We have been before to Inn on the Lake and had a lovely experience, unfortunately this week was different. We were there for lunch, the fish mezze starter came no bread (not sure what we were meant to put the starter on) then the lamb stew came no potato (the plate did look a little empty). We brought this to the attention to staff which 'the reply was its a new menu and just getting used to it. On payment no one asked how it was so I didn 't get chance to state my disappointment in the service. I did send an email but no proper apology given just an email which smoothed over things. Food drinks: food lovely just very disappointing service
