I was waiting 25 mins for one hot black coffee plain and I got black coffee taste old and feels like reheated again and the donut was not fresh !

I don't like that they discontinued the French Cruller or that the Blasts went up by almost a whole $1, but they are still better than Starbucks in my opinion!P...

We must have caught staff on a bad day. They acted like their conversation with each other was more important than us customers ?
