Mona Lounge Cigar - Glen Allen

I have reserved a party to my sister's birthday. this place is too crowded to have reserved parties, even not enough space. the coordinator has not reserved as many seats as desired. coordinator has not stated that the guest must all arrive at the same time, also by e-mail. the waiter was rude and not friendly. Sorry to pay someone 18% free of charge and they only see them at the arrival and when the check is required to pay. we had to constantly ask for her and our food and drinks. the actual lounge was good when the coordinator and the waitress is as good as the lounge, they can be on something.

It was great, but I recommend more attention to hookah smoker given.

It was night, and the dj obviously does not remain all night. would have been a great night if he were able to stay until the event closed.

A great place to unwind, meet new people, enjoy good wine, cigars cocktails, watch sports, listen to live music and/or a DJ. Good customer service

Maria was an excellent waitress- she was on top of everything we needed the entire night. The birthday girl and the entire party enjoyed the live music, dj, food and drinks. Planning to come monthly in the future!
