Great service a guy called enzo took my order he was very helpful and very kind and the food was great!!!!

I love Popeye's chicken and have been coming to this location for years. Last month a glitch in their online ordering caused a significant issue with my order. In the hopes of fixing said issue, I spoke to the manager on duty and was met with the most apathetic attitude I've ever seen from someone in such a position. I provided feedback on their website and requested to be contacted regarding this issue. As of now (a month later) no one has reached out. Until/unless this changes, they have lost a regular customer and this review will stand.

Ever since they got new management/ owners or whatever it’s always good and fresh. The only problem I have is that they forget the biscuits a lot although they come with the meals. On DoorDash I always have to add an additional biscuit otherwise it won’t come with one. Also their sprite always tastes weird like it’s just carbonated water or sum. Either way I’m very happy with the changes because the food is always fresh and accurate for the most part, the best Popeyes I’ve been to at this point.

I ordered the butterfly shrimp but it was more like popcorn shrimp but the tails were still on and breaded over. The service was friendly, red beans and rice were delicious. Never ordering the shrimp again.

It's very hard to understand the drive thru speaker when the person talking thru it has broken English. Maybe having s.one that can clearly speak should be running drive thru at lunch time bc I also received the wrong chicken sandwiches, probably bc of this issue w not being able hear clearly. They are very nice friendly at the window though asked if I needed sauces etc
