Sauge - Gilley

I had lunch with my daughter at Sauge a couple of months ago and we both absolutely loved it! I am gluten-free because of coeliac disease and she is vegan. The food was very fresh and inventive and both gluten-free and vegan. We had a tasty veg stew followed by some delicious freshly baked cookies for dessert that were just fresh out of the oven. I can’t wait to go back to Lille and sample more of their delicious food.

Very good quality dishes at a reasonable price. organic, local, vegetarian and vegetable cuisine. I recommend these homemade dishes and you can find them in the halls of biltoki in Villeneuve-d’Ascq with a great welcome.
