Einstein Bros Bagels - Gilbert

I love the cinnamon sugar bagel with plain cream cheese. Granted it's expensive for a bagel, it's so yummy for a breakfast treat

I went curious about the reviews. Felt bad for all the 1st at reviews. I used to sell H&H bagels on the Cape. I know a good bagel. These aren't NY H&H bagels but they are satisfactory. They are chewy; not bread-y. That's most important to me in a bagel. I enjoyed my Nova lox bagel. They gave me the wrong bagel. I asked for an everything bagel, they (lol'd true to the reviews) put it on a plain and forgot to give me my second bagel I ordered. I am sure if I brought it back they would have made me a new one. I did get the bagel I ordered that they didn't give me when they said my order was up. The service was friendly, atmosphere cozy enough. I didn't find myself annoyed by any of it and would definitely go back next time I need a bagel fix. I had a positive experience.

First of all... Einstein's bagels are the best bagels on earth! We have tried 1 million other what we lovingly call Fagels (Fake bagels), and none of them come close. This is the closest shop to our house and so we make the 35 minute drive from San Tan because it is worth it. It is a really large one. With lots of seating area. It is very nicely decorated and very clean. The bagels are always fabulous! What I'd like to mention today is the exceptional staff. I did not get his name and it was too busy for me to get back in line. But the young man who shaves his head and I think must be a manager or shift manager... Was fabulous! Very engaging. Very attentive. Just basically made me happier to be there! I would just like the owner to know that this guy is a keeper! We could not be more excited that in Einstein is going in at the Queen Creek marketplace! Kind of hoping that this guy will want to transfer to the new store lol!

I'm a regular here. They know my name. They have my drink ready when I walk in. They're always friendly. I just enjoy being here and look forward to it. I LOVE their cold brew.

Very long wait here. Employees move like snails, and don't seem to know what they're doing. Manager talking down to employees because he is stressed out. Bad working environment turns into a long wait to pick up food as a customer. Not worth the wait. Spend your money somewhere else.
