This situation has made such an amazing job today with ALA midday delivery! they organized it so beautiful and made the process painless for us. they are amazing!

First time at this location today. Extremely helpful, lots of workers, very efficient. The manager was definitely holding it together when the drive thru line was 15 deep and people started to come inside and order on the mobile app (like me) they were exceptional. Food hot, fresh and delicious. Plenty of cashiers, people cleaning tables, trays and staying busy. Great teamwork and hard off to the management team for great staffing today at 4p-6pm when the other chick- fil-a restaurants in the area were closed early for the holiday. I highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be back. Tip: Remember order on the app saves time and definitely accurate. Pick up inside , curbside or drive thru. Highly Recommend.

Went to this location after I had my procedure done, I kindly asked the staff to make my food fresh, the staff refused and tried to give me food that was Luke warm. I told them that I didn’t want it and they tried to give me another unfresh one…. They said they couldn’t make it fresh, they brought the manager (team lead) Hunter who stated she wouldn’t make it fresh either I told her I just had a procedure done (still had on my hospital bracelet) she simply said in a smart way “ I’m just going to refund you” I told her I didn’t ask for a refund and asked her why was she being rude she claimed that was her being nice, I told her I didn’t want a refund I wanted my food and she refused…. btw she refused to give me her name I had to take a pic of her tag to get it….. The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced

Great place of course, but the drive through needs some work on being quicker. I was in line for 20 minutes before I was able to order. The other locations I have been to in California were always very quick.

Chic Fila really is as good as people say and their customer service is phenomenal. I love the Oreo milkshake and the app is great too.
