My favorite pancakes in the world since I was 5 years old. when they are busy, they don't have enough personal to handle it. they can tell the personal the dosis they may be able to, but they are so contaminated that their service goes down. I never complain about it because I can see that they are stressed to the maximum. they really need a dedicated front receiver on Sundays and Saturday morning to respond to order to go call and check people.

I love the grill.its a real comfort for me. I had lunch once after the death of my husband and was hugged by one of the waitress and ever since then its my comfort place. You areAll great ?.

Staff was a bit rude and we waited nearly two hours for our food. Which was honestly pretty bad. The eggs were really undercooked, the veggies and Englisiffins were just mush, and the hollandaise sauce was just nasty.

Gave them a 3 because the service was a bit slow and coffee refills were hard to come by. The food was good and my granddaughter loves this place. I know staffing is a problem with many businesses right now which could explain the slow service.

This was our second visit to this restaurant. It was about 7 years ago when we stopped in for lunch. As we entered the restaurant I noticed that this was a very clean restaurant. I visited the restroom and it was clean, so we decided to stay. The staff greeted us with a pleasant smile and quickly seated us. The breakfast was outstanding and our waitress was always there to insure of our needs. This was a pleasant breakfast and we met one of our waitress from Ben Du, The Clubhouse restaurant in Tacoma. We willl be back because of the employees, service, and meals.Thank you
