Geissner - Gießen

This place offers so many vegan cakes and more, I was positively surprised. In that sense it deserves four stars, for my own taste at least the cake I had was too sweet though, I'm generally not very into cakes with lots of cream though so maybe for people who are it's much more up their alley! Staff is kind, knows what's vegan and willingly answers all questions, the furniture is cozy but the premises and fake flowers are a bit old fashioned. Was a bit frustrated that the drinks with oatmilk are all much more expensive than the non vegan ones

Good selection of vegan cakes (watch out, not everything is vegan! , just ask what is vegan. The cakes are delicious; probably the best in Gießen. Pricing is fair and seating nice enough. Definitely a recommendation!

The Café Geissner is a real secret tip! From the outside the café looks rather inconspicuous and somewhat old-fashioned, but the cakes and cakes convince. There is a quite wide selection of vegan cakes that also change. My favorite is different from the Brownie-Birne cake. However, the cakes (4-6€ and drinks are quite expensive (which they are worth).

Beautiful confectionery offering, vegan cakes and cakes are available, priced for a confectionery completely within the scope, offer varies, for example there were already chocolate cakes, lime cakes and vegan cheesecake.
