Panificio Zero Glutine - GIARRE

We stayed in the area for a week recently on holiday and my family of 4 is all GF. We enjoyed fresh GF baked goods including many kinds of rolls, baguettes, bread sticks, cream filled pastry, arancini, pizza, brioche and GF cookies that were delicious. There is also an excellent stock of all kinds of prepared GF foods too, including GF ice cream sandwiches, GF ice cream cones and lovely cakes and small pastry. What an unbelievable treat, and something we will always remember about our trip to Sicily. Just note that if you go right at opening, there is not much ready except for simple bread. Multigrain bread is available in the evenings. The real treats come out about an hour after opening. The pizza is prepared in the evening hours, and is usually ready by 5:30 PM. We enjoyed pizza with ham and mushrooms, and a large wedge (enough to serve 2) is sold by weight, but cost about 4 euros. There is also calzone, and stromboli. Excellent and delicious! Also, cash is much more useful than credit card as the wifi is challenging in the area.

This is a shop/bakery that serves amazing gluten free food. Fresh, tasty and delicious. Every day they have different items. Croissants, brioche, fresh bread and in the evenings arancini, pizza, pies all gluten free. We bought many many items and they were all delicious, including an excellent gluten free tiramisu cake. There are no facilities for eating in. It is takeaway only.

Zero glutine è il luogo perfetto per coloro che come me soffrono di intolleranze alimentari. Là ho potuto finalmente trovare pane fresco, dolci, prodotti da forno, torte di compleanno! grazie al senza glutine, non ho più limitazioni! non solo i cibi imballati più! il buon martin pensa ogni giorno a noi che non possiamo mangiare come tutti gli altri, viziandoci con prelibatezze fresche e sempre nuove, e la gentilezza del proprietario ci accompagna in questo tour del goto senza pericolo! i prezzi sono adeguati alle materie prime utilizzate e ai prodotti. Lo consiglio anche a coloro che vogliono seguire le diete disintossicanti di glutine e lattosio. meno male c'è zero glutine!

Se sei un celiaco, è meglio mangiare senza glutine, qui e il posto dove andare vicino a giarre! C'è tutto e altro ancora! Mia moglie celiaca, dice che è come il paradiso per lei!
