Bidrage med feedbackWas a quick and friendly visit. Ordered a 12pk of soft tacos and a 12pk of bean burritos. The order was done and complete with no errors within 10 minutes. There were 3 others in front of us. Absolutely would go back. Would also refer friends and family for this reason. Great job!!!
The most unprofessional staff I ever met in a Taco Bell. I'm a truck driver, and my rig can't be on a drive thru. The lobby was closed, no sign at the door to display this. I had to go through the drive thru as no one would answer the phone while I was standing in front and called the store. As I tried to call, there were no customers in the drive thru. I saw the staff eating on the prep line wearing their prep gloves... btw this is a MAJOR health code violation... and they refused to answer the phone. I had to focus on having a customer at a car park, and then go through the drive thru to get my food. All this while it was 45 degrees outside. When I asked the staff about the problems I had, they said they were short employees. I asked to talk to a manager, but there wasn't one in service. I was told I could call Kyle. Then an internal woman approached the window and told me I should thank them because they were there because they did not allow lunch breaks. Then they slammed the drive thru window in my face and refused to talk to me further. As a former food service manager, I am not only appalled, but insulted. I would like to receive feedback on this situation. Above all, why the employees eat in an area where they contaminate all the food served in this place.
I never write reviews, but after the meeting I had this place tonight, was so bad. I had two separate commands and to speak in this careless way, just because it was an inconvenience for your work. The girl who speaks the commands must learn how to talk to people, the manager must train or hire different people. The guy in the window was nice.
How could a taco restaurant survive in what a moght call the taco mecca in the world? Great customer service you might say. Not in this case. I often do not visit the Georgetown Taco Bell because I know that if I do, I will wait for an unacceptable time. Even if I write this stuffed between cars and curbs to go 32 minutes, I look forward to a great meal at the end of this prison sentence. Does it taste better after such, probably painful preparation? Unfortunately no. Hold the press! Update! When we finally made it to the window, it was painful that the entire company's google had only one young man who led the entire operation. Too bad you were grubbing money manager. I hope you go out of business quickly to end up losing a situation to this boy soul stifling!
Why are your dining doors closed at this time of the day in the middle of a busy area? Don't make sense. Restaurants were never like that. You can publish on the schedule you see. to the current schedule until the doors open. Now everything happens when you feel that way. Not good!
