It was a fantastic surprise. The classical Italian hospitality mixed with the willingness to find us a place even if everything was already booked is just one of the positive things of this 0place. The quality of the food respect the high standards of the Luigia restaurants. Last but not the least also the price was not that high for the Geneva standards.
A friendly and trendy place to taste Italian specialties. The dishes are well presented. The service is efficient and friendly. The atmosphere is quite “young”. Pay attention to the walk... you'll understand as you go.
Endless waiting, glass of foam instead of a beer with ch’nis on the foam. Not professional server.
Aberrant and disappointing reservation system... I call at 11:15 a.m. to reserve a table for 12:30 p.m. I was told to book from the Luigia application. I download it and try to book but the times offered start at 6 p.m.... I call the restaurant back to tell them that I was unable to make my reservation and they tell me to come at 12:30 p.m. without a reservation because there will be room for a table of two. We arrive at 12:30 p.m.... and we find ourselves facing around ten people in the queue... we leave... This restaurant wasted our time....
