We found the Hungry Jack's app to be user-friendly and convenient for placing an order on-the-go. The customer service was excellent and we were delighted with the tasty meal we received.

I am shocked that this restaurant is still in business. The quality of the food they serve should be illegal. I ordered the Pop’n Festival bundle and the only good thing about it was the chips. The Chicken Royale was a cold, tasteless chicken patty with a tiny amount of sauce in between two stale buns. I am appalled by the restaurant's lack of concern for customer satisfaction. When I tried to complain, I received a message saying that no one was available to take my call. I am determined to warn others to steer clear of this awful establishment. Unfortunately, I had to throw away both my food and my money. Thank you, Dungy-Jacks, for giving me the purpose of spreading the word about this terrible place.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately my order was incorrect. The service from the lady was rude. Overall, the experience was disappointing and the food tasted terrible.

Terrible customer service every time we drive through. And order is wrong almost every time. It costs nothing to be nice and provide good customer service as you are paid!

Hungry Jacks was protected by our curious American teenager on request. The food exceeded its expectation, the prices are good, but the restaurant was dirty. The tables had prints from past guests. The entire staff was employed service behind the counter and kitchen... with a line to the door, so it was a matter of priority of the manager. This means getting the food out of the door and ringing the register, do not tend to the dining area and lead to basic restaurant cleaning. It would be disgusting for many... We recommend taking for this reason... but the value menu is hard to beat for value.
