Domino's Pizza - gdale

We always order delivery from here since it’s the closest location to us (12 minutes away), but this time our order was cancelled online and when I called to ask why they said we were outside of the delivery zone and told us to call another store. 12 minutes is outside of the delivery zone??? I told him we’ve had many orders delivered from this store and he said it “wasn’t possible”. I have the orders in my history and other locations are much farther from us. They also ALLOW our address to proceed with placing online orders so I don’t understand why they would allow you to order, pay, and even receive texts saying “your driver is on the way!” and then cancel. First time this has happened. We always tip very graciously in the app AND in person to the driver so this is frustrating. Updates clearly need to be made to the online ordering so both the store and customers time isn’t wasted.

I ALWAYS go to this Domino's on Platt Springs but what is this?!?!?! $8 for a few pizza toppings in the box that are supposedly their bbq chicken bites (pic on left). When I questioned the guy he said that's how it should be. I was too stunned to even think to refuse them. As for the pizza there is an entire slice with a small coating of cheese no sauce. I even ordered extra cheese. Toppings covered maybe half of half of the pizza. (2nd pic on left-zoom in). Now compare to the 2 pics on the right. That's how it usually is. Feeling like the store should right this wrong. This last meal was a disgrace.
