Mcdonald's - Garland

Orders are always wrong. Missing burgers. Staff is for the teenagers that don't really care. Manager should be fired. Trash McDonald's.

The absolute worst service ever! I had to repeat my code 4 times and was still completely wrong. Then refused to accept my code for my order. They said I had selected points verses the deal. So stupid. I even showed them my phone to valid my deal. And how it showed my deal and code. But went on how I only accumulated points for this order. I have used the app plenty of times and admit if I did a mistake. But this was not my mistake.

I know it 's fast cheap food. And not a 5star restaurant. But man. fresh fast food would be so much better that the 12 hour old tasting burger I got. . And the (kids) working there were so busy laughing and having a great time it looked like.. they didn 't remember to give napkins. Or ketchup. Or the sause asked for and was told it 's in the bag. Guess it was some other bag . And I had 2 drinks. And got 1 straw. .Only thing good about the whole experience. Was the caramel frappe. . It was better than it looked . And it looks amazing

I know this is a McDonald's but man, the service for the dine in is slow. Waited over 25 minutes for a small order and on top of that the tables inside were so gross, looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Drive thru is okay. But I'm definitely not ever going to go inside and order something.

Really need to work on getting orders correct. last few times I have went I tell myself I would give them another try and then they mess up my order again. there is literally a list of what is in the order and they still leave items out.
