Yellowstone Streetfood - Gardiner

Was on a vacation road trip during September and stopped here on the way to Washington. During the trip I had plenty of buffalo burgers but these guys really are a different level. The burger was incredible and they put on a type of almost chipotle sauce. When I asked about it they told me it was a secret recipe, which I don't doubt they wanted to keep to themselves because of how amazing it was. Not only was the burger out of this world but the two workers I saw there were exceptionally kind and provided awesome customer service. If you're ever in the Gardiner area make sure to stop here for a bite to eat! Stopped here on a last second whim and it blew me away, highly recommend them!

Since there were no reviews on yelp, we almost missed eating at this food truck when we visited yellowstone and it would have been a loss for us. They had the best food we had during the 4 days we stayed in Gardiner MT. They are also open until late at night, 9 or 10pm? I wish we knew this too or else we would have eaten here for dinner. They are located beside the gas station and have a few tables at the side where the carwash used to be. Everything we tried was yummy. Their menu changes based on ingredient availability. One star less because the staff/owners were not wearing masks (they had them on their chin).

Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the bison quesadilla burger and the bison tacos. Takes about 15 mins because they cook it fresh but very worthwhile.

The bison tacos are the best. During our stay we kept missing them each day due to the high demand. On our last night we arrived on time but they were all gone, when they learnt about us missing them daily, they went and bought some stuff and made the tacos and they were good.

We stumbled upon this place and it was a very happy accident! Their food is absolutely amazing. We had the Bison Tacos which blew me away and the Chicken Scewers which were perfectly cooked and extremely tender. I'm from Texas so I wasn't expecting much on the salsa but again was pleasantly surprised. This is a must stop on your way through!!
