It's 1045. Orders should be hot. The ice cream cold. Personal veey rude question what I want. I really had to ask for freash hot food. I paid. People are checking your food sensations.

At least half a dozen employees work, a window full of chickens ready to serve and waited for 3 single meals for more than 10 minutes. Left without my order because I was extremely irritated by the lack of urgency and customer service. Food: 1/5

I was told by employees about the auto-dru loudspeaker: no coke products, it takes too long to heat our frozen Mac and cheese, we have no maische potatoes. I went out of the tax line and took my business elsewhere.

The food was good, but it took 20 minutes to get our food after we placed the order. While there were 3-4 employees working the drive-thru, only one person worked the counter and filled out these orders. After receiving our order, she took nine more behind us and after all the orders she was started filling. But she filled her in reverse order that she took her, so though we were the first order, we were the last to get our food. This was particularly frustrating because we decided to get quick food because we were in a hurry. This restaurant naturally needs a better administration, so the counter worker helps to fill the orders instead of all other employees who only work the drive thru. Besides the 20-minute waiting for our food, but all two tables were dirty in the dining room. With so many people standing behind the counter that do nothing, the MOD should have one of them cleaning tables as well as help to assemble the orders. In addition to all this was the general one I was not irritating for the attitude of the employees. Extremely slow service, bad settings and a dirty dining room summarizes our visit to this Pop Eyes.

I got to the restaurant about 8:15pm and the lobby was closed, so I pulled in the drive thru and waited about 5 minutes and didn't even hear anyone. The lights were off. You could tell the employees wanted customers to think they were already closed. The sad part is that myself and 2 other customers tried getting food from this location and had to drive else.
