Mcdonald's - Galveston

Terrible. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns. He waited 15 minutes for the ride until I asked the employees down flag and for food. Staff gave me a bag of wrong order. I went to the lobby and had to wait 30 minutes to get my food and just because I asked the manager. Guests in the lobby were all waiting for food for at least 30 minutes and several car-duration customers had to come because they had incorrect orders. All had to wait 30 to 45 minutes and then go wrong.

How difficult it is to follow directions. Obviously my slip didn't say ketchup and there it is and nothing I can do on a 30-minute break. Thanks for ruining my little lunch.

Went a couple days ago and the service was terrible. The staff did not know what they were doing and neither did the manager. It took them over 20 minutes to get us our food and even then they messed up our order.Food: 3/5
