Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Gallatin

I'm fine. a terrible service. zero management presence. the workers do what they want while the lobby comes together with the guests. as with ihop, the hang is fast if they do not improve on their management and personal accountability.

I'm giving UT a one star because the ice cream was great. However, I ordered three meals backing it up with three ice cream. My order was $50. Again the ice cream was great, the burgers and chicken strips were so greasy the napkins in the bag were yellowed before we even started eating. The cashier handed me each item individually also. No cup holder for our three drinks, or our three blizzards. I will not be returning. I can go to sonic, get the same thing twenty dollars cheaper, less grease, and better service.

Okay I went there last night and it was okay, thought I'd give it a go today and was disappointed. What I wanted to order they didn't have, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich instead, they asked lettuce, tomato and mayo ok, yes please.. I got some mayo tons of lettuce no tomato, lid that kept popping off my drink and I ordered a dipped cone..got ice cream in a cup with the topping on it. I just took it bc eh it's a cone. However, I was surprised at the sandwich and the fact the drink was spilling bc of the lid. I'm disappointed that there seems to be no training but new ppl. I remember this location being great a year ago but now it's not so much

Went for a late evening ice cream which was great but they made us leave because they were closing. A good establishment would allow customers to finish before asking them to leave...

The food was terrible but the chocolate dipped cone was good but really messy. Someone should come up with a better way to serve the cones. It needs some type of catch all'.
